- To prepare for this circle simply pop on your comfy clothes or pyjamas.
- Find yourself somewhere quiet, where you won't be disturbed.
- Light a candle or incense (place safely) with a little Christmas wish.
- Make sure you have everything you need to stay warm and cosy:
ie. a blanket, pillow, eye mask
You can choose to sit or lie down, with camera on or off.
