In the beautiful and picturesque mountain valley of Chamonix, you are invited to 6 days of deep connection to the spirit of the mountain; from its serene stillness to its incredible power and fervor.

The mountain will truly lie at the heart of this beautiful and unique retreat; with activities, walks, hikes and healing to inspire and invigorate your connection to the majesty and power of the mountain and to inspire healing and transformation within.

The retreat will offer the time and space for connection, learning, movement, nourishment, healing, presence, creativity and FUN!

It is my direct experience of living in Chamonix for 4 years that has truly inspired this retreat and the activities that I have included and organising it has been a true labour of love and the most heartfelt desire to share some of my favourite activities in the valley with all who choose to join this unique offering.

And in deep knowing that for some of you this will be your first experience of coming to Chamonix, and possibly even to France, I have wanted to leave time for you to self-direct some of your activities in order to explore the area and to create a more personalised experience for you to enjoy this land (as time allows).

The 6 day / 7 night retreat will be split between the themes of MIND, BODY & SPIRIT plus a day of Chamonix exploration.
