A deeply relaxing guided meditation which will take you down a slowly flowing river, lulling you into peace and serenity.

 

This is a 45 minute meditation to include some breathwork, body relaxation and the guided meditation. I will guide you back so allow yourself to completely let go.

 

Turn the lights low, and create a nice space for meditation. Ensure you are somewhere you won't be disturbed, have a blanket to hand in case you get cold during the meditation. Support your back with a bolster under your knees or lie flat. I recommend doing this meditation lying down. I woud also recommend listening through headphones.
