A deeply relaxing guided meditation to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and nourishing peace.


Turn the lights low, and create a nice space for meditation. Ensure you are somewhere you won't be disturbed, have a blanket to hand in case you get cold during the meditation. Support your back with a bolster under your knees or lie flat. I recommend doing this meditation lying down. I woud also recommend listening through headphones.
