Shamanic Healing is a way of accessing information, guidance and healing from the other realms. What this means is that I use the shamanic technique of 'journeying' (travelling to the other realms in a meditative state) to enable me to find, release and heal any unwanted ailments, behaviours or patterns; these could include addictive tendencies, tics, issues around money, patterns of abuse, ill health etc. It is a wonderful and powerful form of healing. ... This is a 1.5hr session (online or in-person) I encourage you to lean into the energies of the session by being in a place where you won't be disturbed, and to limit the activities that you do after the session, in order for you to be able to spend some time in reflection, nourishment or rest. Please note that when we work in (and with) the deeper realms we are working with, and in, 'the mystery' and so it is important to be aware that there can be more at work than might initially be observed, and this can alter the course of our session and the outcome. It is important for you to be aware that everything I do is for your highest good, and I will always commit myself to your path of healing (and wholeness). To prepare for this session please ensure you are somewhere where you won't be disturbed and be prepared to sit or lie down for some time, and so have a blanket near in case you get cold, and an eye mask may be supportive. ...
