What does sisterhood mean?
What is 'coming into circle'?
When women of all ages and all life experiences come together in circle something sacred and beautiful happens. We nourish, we hold, we learn, we grow..
When we meet in circle we join to hold everyone in sacred space and purpose and bringing into these modern times an ancient way of connecting with each other.
We gather in part to share stories, experiences, poems or feelings around a theme from love to beauty, life to death. But we are also here to enter into ritual. To give prayer, to give gratitudes, to connect to something deeper/greater than ourselves, to heal, and to be immersed in a community (no matter the size) of women who want to be there. Who want to grow.. together.
We might dance, drum, sing, chant, do yoga or simply meditate
It is a chance to deepen our identities individually and in group—often with the intention to enable a deeper and more connected way of being. We also gather to heal life.
We can meet in circle to share our joy, to share our inspiration, to share our unique and individual journeys' and to open our hearts to new experiences and perspectives.
This is a sisterhood of love, friendship and sharing.
