Service Description

Is is possible for patterns, ill-health and trauma to carry down through ancestral lines, and if you have any inherited qualities or behaviours which impact your life or see patterns replicating themselves through your family tree and you are ready to break or heal these patterns then an ancestral healing session would be a powerful place to start. Through my ancestral healing sessions I use shamanic techniques of journeying and guided directions to enable us, together, to release and heal any unwanted inherited ailments, behaviours or patterns; these could include addictive tendencies, tics, issues around money, patterns of abuse etc. In the session I will perform an ancient practice in which I explore your ancestral lineage and look for anything which is impacting you in a challenging way to be released and healed. I will then guide you through a process of honouring, cleansing and healing. This form of healing can be incredibly profound and life-changing, and so I encourage you to limit the activities that you do after the session, and spend some time in reflection, nourishment or rest. Please note however that when we work in (and with) the deeper realms we are working with, and in, 'the mystery' and so it is important to be aware that there can be more at work than might initially be observed, and this can alter the course of our session together and the outcome; however it is important for you to be aware that everything I do is for your highest good, and I will always commit myself to your path of healing (and wholeness). To prepare for this session please ensure you are somewhere where you won't be disturbed and be prepared to sit or lie down for some time, and so have a blanket near in case you get cold, and an eye mask may be supportive.
