Healing through the wisdom of your body. Whether you are experiencing pain, emotional blockages, unsettled feelings or sensations, this treatment provides a powerful practise for moving/healing/releasing these areas or feelings for greater wellbeing and clarity ​Releasing, nourishing healing The cost is per treatment, not by time - I have allocated 60-90 min for the session (with 90 mins being the maximum time provided) Please ensure that you are in a quiet and private place for this online session, where you won't be disturbed. Wearing comfortable clothes is encouraged. Please use a computer or phone that is well-placed before starting the call, you will not be able to hold the phone during the session.
