Cacao Ceremony & Dance

An intimate evening of cacao, ritual, movement and connection, held in a beautiful bell tent nestled amongst the trees beneath the mountains of Chamonix.
We’ll begin by gathering for a Cacao Ceremony, guided by shamanic healer Tansy. Working with ceremonial cacao and the rose, we’ll weave together ritual, meditation, music and gentle embodied practices; this is an invitation to slow down, soften, return to presence and reconnect with the heart.
As the ceremony comes to a close, you’ll have the option to continue the evening by stepping out into the forest for an Enchanted Forest Silent Session with Katy; allowing the energy and radiance of the cacao to move through the body.
You are warmly welcome to join us for either part of the evening, or for the full experience.

What to bring
Please bring water, a small mug or heat-resistant cup, a yoga mat, and a sheepskin, blanket or something warm and comfortable to sit on. As we’ll be moving from day into evening in the mountains, please also bring plenty of warm, comfortable layers.

This is the combination offering, which includes a 2.5hr cacao ceremony and a 1hr enchanted forest silent session dance.

As the ceremony comes to a close, you’ll continue the evening by stepping out into the forest for an Enchanted Forest Silent Session Dance with Katy; allowing the energy and radiance of the cacao to move through the body while we move amongst the trees.

An invitation to step into the forest as evening falls, put on your headphones, and lose yourself in an hour of music, movement and dance amongst the trees.
Guided by Katy, this Enchanted Forest Silent Session is a chance to move freely, shake off the day, follow your body and experience the magic of dancing together in nature.
No dance experience is needed. Simply come as you are, dress warmly, and allow yourself to move.
