My immersions, ceremonies and events are invitations to step away from the ‘everyday’ and into a unique and deeply relational experience that asks nothing but your presence.
My 1:1 day immersions are six-hour immersive experiences combining counselling, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, shamanic healing and intuitive guidance. Designed for those who want to move beyond weekly sessions and devote uninterrupted time to meaningful transformation.
My group ceremonies and events are based around connection to yourself, the land, our intentional devotion, and each other. So whether its’ gathering around the fire, walking under the full moon, dancing in an ancient stone circle, celebrating the seasons, or exploring healing/magical practices, each of these offerings are crefted with care, authenticity and so much of my heart.
I believe that transformation doesn't come from being fixed or changed into someone else, it comes from remembering who you are beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation and busyness.
My events offer real opportunities to slow down, reconnect, learn practical tools for healing and wellbeing, and experience the magic that emerges when we gather, individually or collectively, with intention.
Whether you are taking your first steps on your path or healing, desire to go deeper, or connect joyfully, magically and/or playfully with nature, you are warmly welcome.

Sometimes an hour isn't enough.
Sometimes we need time. Time to be heard, to be supported, to feel safe, to relax.
This six-hour immersive experience creates space to slow down, listen deeply, and work with whatever is truly asking for our attention.
Together we follow the threads beneath the surface through conversation, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, shamanic healing, intuitive exploration and spacious reflection.
We pause when needed, share cacao and nourishing snacks, and allow enough time for genuine integration, not simply insight.
The opportunity to have the time and space to go deep into your healing is one that is so rare in modern society, and when the chance presents itself… it is one we must take because the benefits are profound and powerful.

I run these Immersions throughout the year and they can be offered on any day of the week (dependent on availability).
A cacao & soma ceremony is possible to add into the experience, for this there is an additional £25-50 cost (which can be paid in cash on the day). If you would like this add-on please do let me know.

Nature & Nurture is for you if you are longing to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself, the living world, and with the parts of you that can easily be forgotten amidst busyness and responsibility; namely joy, play, freedom to just ‘be’.
Together we will spend part of the day in relationship with the land, allowing nature to become a companion, a mirror and a source of nourishment.
There will be moments of therapeutic exploration and healing, and moments of simple joy: lying on soft moss beneath the trees, listening to birdsong, meditating with trees, forest bathing, following curiosity, sharing stories, laughter and silence.
It is an invitation to receive my nurture and the nourishing presence of the beautiful wild of the ancient lands of dartmoor; and to remember that healing can arise not only through insight, but also through beauty, play, connection and belonging.
I run these day retreats throughout the year and they can be offered on any day of the week (dependent on availability). They are 6hrs in length.
Included are some light snacks and tea.

This is an invitation to go deep with a particular plant or medicine for an inner intention, knowledge-gathering or relationship creation.
This could look like a day of ‘rose’ medicine where we pray with the spirit of the rose and gather its’ petals to make tinctures and steams. We honour the rose through journeying, tending, ceremony and cultivating it’s medicine, and exploring its’ uses.
This could also look like a day of ‘cacao’ medicine with a private cacao ceremony, journeying with the cacao and ceremonial body-annointing through the use of cacao and oil.
This could also look like a day of ‘soma’ medicine spent in nature or in my cosy cabin, for deep healing, reflection and intentional journeying for clarity or insight.
I run these day retreats throughout the year and they can be offered on any day of the week (dependent on availability). They are 6hrs in length and I offer start times at 10am or 12pm.
Included are some light snacks.
