This day retreat combines healing and therapy in a deeply supportive and nurturing environment, offering an opportunity to step away from your daily demands and focus fully on your own growth and wellbeing.
Together we'll explore the patterns, challenges and possibilities present in your life, using a blend of coaching, healing work, reflection and practical tools to support your truly meaningful transformation.
The opportunity to have the time and space to go deep into your healing is one that is so rare in modern society, and when the chance presents itself.. it is one we must take because the benefits are profound and powerful.
I run these day retreats throughout the year and they can be offered on any day of the week (dependent on availability). They are 6hrs in length and I offer start times at 10am or 12pm.
Included are some light snacks and tea.
A cacao & soma ceremony is possible to add into the experience, for this there is an additional £25-50 cost (which can be paid in cash on the day). If you would like this add-on please do let me know.
